Richard Crum is a visionary leader with a passion for detail and execution. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, loan servicing, logistics, and consulting he is now spearheading A2Z Diversity Solutions growth and innovation. Richard is an inclusive leader who values diverse perspectives, sets measurable goals for progress, evaluates metrics thoroughly, and champions client communication. Richard’s goal is to emphasize business strategies that translate to strong supplier relationships, diverse vendor partnerships, and organic work force development for A2Z Diversity Solutions.

Harmony n. Olson
CFO of A2Z & HR Manager
Originally majoring in therapeutic art, Harmony Olson switched career path becoming an integral part of the A2Z team. Beginning as an Executive Assistant, Harmony has expanded her knowledge and skill set including responsibilities such as accounting, auditing, banking, tracking accounts receivables and tracking accounts payable. She is also a certified, recognized Notary. Through mastering these skills, she has continued to be promoted, becoming the CFO of A2Z.
Dedicated to details and organization, Harmony keeps track of everything the team may need. She is always prepared to answer specific questions about anything related to Human Resources as well as the financials of the business.

Jasmine A. Stevenson
Senior Consultant
As Senior Consultant at A2Z Diversity Solutions, Jasmine Stevenson brings a wealth of expertise from her leadership in process improvement and pilot projects across diverse industries including life sciences, fulfillment logistics, and corporate training. Her academic foundation in sciences informs her approach to project management and program design, emphasizing innovation and impactful outcomes in each endeavor. Jasmine's adeptness at streamlining processes and championing forward-thinking initiatives positions her as a key driver in our mission to achieve excellence at A2Z Diversity Solutions.

Zoe Clark Gross
Communications Coordinator & Marketing Manager
Zoe Clark Gross is excited to join the A2Z team. Zoe graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Religious Studies, minoring in International Comparative Studies as well as Leadership with an emphasis in Communications. She has worked as a freelance graphic designer and social media manager for businesses in Harrisburg, PA and beyond. Currently Zoe is working towards her masters degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from Penn State World Campus. Zoe loves the power that words hold in the realm of marketing and communications and she is dedicated to mastering the craft. Zoe is thankful for the opportunity to be on the A2Z team where her abilities will continue to grow under the mentorship of others.

Anthony E. Clark
Business Analyst to A2Z
Anthony Clark is an Operations Manager and former Business Analyst at A2Z Diversity. Graduating from Temple University with a BBA in Legal Studies in 2016, Anthony began to search for other educational opportunities which landed him in the United Kingdom. There, he studied at Oxford Brooks gaining additional knowledge in international legal studies.
Upon his return back to America, Anthony has spent the last three years at Clark Resources as a project manager and business analyst. He brings a data-driven mindset with exceptional tracking skills to this team. With his inventive ways of thinking, Anthony creates opportunities for new ways of solving any client's needs. Anthony currently resides in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area

Israelle u. Schindler
Executive Assistant
A native Pennsylvanian, Israelle is a former business owner with an extensive background in management and human resources. Prior to joining the A2Z team, Israelle worked for the Highway Administration at PennDOT under Deputy Secretary, George W. McAuley Jr., P.E. While at PennDOT, Israelle’s role evolved, becoming the key point-person for ’ human resources, training and travel needs. Alongside her team, Israelle was able to effectively implement processes to improve the overall function and behavior of the Office.
Israelle is committed to taking action and being efficient for the A2Z team and the clients. Israelle joined A2Z Diversity Solutions in July 2020.
